Speculators Driving Up the Price of Oil

Congress is looking at regulations that would limit speculation in the oil market. Michael Masters, portfolio manager of the hedge fund Masters Capital Management, said he believed gas could fall to around $2 a gallon in a short period of time if speculators were reigned in.
