Spirit Halloween stores will be back, 1,400 strong

Because Spirit Halloween is a franchise operation, the company cannot announce a single opening day, but most of the 1,400 locations this year should be open in August or by early September, despite the pandemic. Spirit is already open online for those customers feeling anxious about shopping in-store.
