St. Paul's downtown businesses prepare to welcome thousands of workers/customers back

Companies are beginning to see the light at the end of the COVID-19 tunnel, including those in St. Paul, MN. Only about 10 percent of those working in St. Paul have currently returned from their jobs, but officials expect a big increase following the Fourth of July.
