Starbucks Sues Former Exec Who Moved to Dunkin' Donuts

Starbucks has filed suit again a former executive claiming he violated a non-compete agreement by going to work for Dunkin' Donuts as its brand operations officer. Paul Twohig had been in charge of Starbucks' stores in the southeastern U.S. before leaving the company.
