Stop & Shop Sues Whole Foods Over 'Real Deal'

Stop & Shop has filed a suit in the U.S. District Court in Boston charging that Whole Foods' "The Real Deal" ad campaign infringes on its trademark. Stop & Shop claims it started its "Real Deal" marketing effort weeks before the Whole Foods launch.
