Stories is a store that draws crowds by changing narratives like a magazine

While other stores in Manhattan drop prices and pump up the marketing glitz to pull in holiday crowds, Stories follows its usual routine — it changes its "storyline" every few weeks. The location near NYC's popular High Line park, operating profitably since 2011, is currently featuring a "Home for the Holidays" theme. The 2,000 sq. ft. store is currently stocked with 2,300 items — from a $2 candy cane to four-figure designer bags.
