Street Not Impressed With Penney's Same-Store Gains

Sales at J.C. Penney were so bad in November 2012 that analysts were expecting a big year-over-year increase when the department store chain reported its numbers this year. Unfortunately for the company, investors were looking for something higher than the 10.1 percent same-store jump it reported.
