Studies: Billions Paid in Assistance to Restaurant Workers

Two studies, one from UCal Berkeley and the other from the National Employment Law Project, say U.S. taxpayers are paying roughly $7 billion in taxes to support low-wage workers from the quick-service restaurant industry.
