Study Complains of Insufficient Progress in Food Ads for Kids

A new report on food ads targeted to children commissioned by advocacy organization Children Now claims that food industry self-regulation over the last couple of years has fallen short of expectations in the fight against childhood obesity. Ads for sugary cereals, fast food and sweet snacks comprised over 70 percent of the total studied.
