Supply chain woes could create four-month backlog for toys

Toy manufacturers are trying to move products into place for the holiday selling season but a combination of factors, including power outages in China, a shortage of resin, higher labor and transportation costs and shipping delays, are all contributing to higher prices and product backlogs.
