Supreme Court says Pom can sue Coke over juice claims

Pom Wonderful can go ahead with its false advertising suit against Coca-Cola Co., after an eight to zero ruling by the Supreme Court. Pom claims that the Minute Maid "Pomegranate Blueberry" beverage is misleading because it contains 99 percent apple and grape juice.
