Surgeon General warns of spike in use of e-cigs among teens

According to data from the National Youth Tobacco Survey,  the percentage of high schoolers saying they've used e-cigarettes in the past 30 days jumped by more than 75 percent between 2017 and 2018; the spike was 50 percent among middle school-age kids. The U.S. surgeon general held a news conference on Tuesday to warn parents and teachers of the health risks involved.
