Survey: Consumers See Rising Prices and Shrinking Portions

Eighty-four percent of consumers say grocery prices have risen in the past three months while 62 percent believe the same is true of restaurants, according to new research by Technomic. At the same time, 50 percent say food packages have gotten smaller while nearly one in three believes restaurant portions have shrunk.
