Tablet Activations Out-Paced Smartphones This Christmas

Guest contributorTablet device activations jumped to 17.4 million on Christmas day from 6.8 million the Christmas before. And whereas four times as many smartphones as tablets were activated last year, tablets caught up and slightly surpassed the former this Dec. 25th.
