Taco Bell adds 7-Layer Nacho Fries to its menu

Taco Bell is adding 7-Layer Nacho Fries, the beefy Enchirito and Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries to its menu. 7-Layer Nacho Fries are comprised of the chain's nacho fries and beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, warm nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, creamy chipotle sauce and guacamole. A vegan option is also available.
