Taco Bell Adds New Hot Sauce Inspired by Omar Apollo

Taco Bell has released a new hot sauce inspired by rising musical superstar Omar Apollo, calling the new sauce the “Disha Hot” after Apollo’s family recipe.

In a press release announcement, it was revealed that Taco Bell Rewards Members can start enjoying Disha Hot on Tuesday, Sept. 24, and on Thursday, Sept. 26, the hot sauce will be making a splash on menus around the country — while supplies last. This unique sauce packet partnership offers savory, smoky flavors that are reminiscent of the flavors Omar’s mother perfected in her original recipe. The flavors can be enjoyed a la carte or as part of a carefully curated Disha Hot Discovery Box that includes three sauce packets and favorite Taco Bell menu items. Omar Apollo even came up with the “wisdoms” on the sauce packets.

Taco Bell Adds More Menu Items

Earlier this week, it was announced that Taco Bell was bringing back its popular Cheez-It menu, which features a mix of the fast-food giant’s favorites with the Cheez-It snack.

Following the Big Cheez-It’s June nationwide launch, customers wanted more. To achieve this, Taco Bell and Kellanova are bringing back the Big Cheez-It creations and adding even more cheese to the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme.

The beloved Big Cheez-It Tostada, an enhanced Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme with an extra Big Cheez-It cracker inside, and an a la carte Big Cheez-It cracker are all available to fans.

Taco Bell’s commitment to client feedback is demonstrated by its decision to reintroduce the Big Cheez-It on a nationwide level. The Big Cheez-It Cracker and the upgraded Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme aim to fully satisfy fans’ cheez-y cravings in response to their comments.
