Target will open stores at 7 a.m. and close them at midnight beginning on Sunday and running through Dec. 23. Mark Schindele, chief stores officer at Target, said the retailer is making the move as part of its plans to make it “as easy as possible for guests to get all their holiday needs, on their terms.”
