Target Circle Week Launches October 6. Here’s What You Need to Know

October 5, 2024

Target Circle Week is back again. Beginning Oct. 6, fans of the popular retail shop can enjoy exclusive deals, promotions, and more. Let’s take a look at everything shoppers can expect from this year’s sale.

Target Circle Week: 7 Days of Deals Up to 50% Off

According to a press release, this year’s Target Circle Week will run from Oct. 6 to Oct. 12, and the weeklong promotion will feature savings of up to 50% off. Target Circle Week will offer great discounts on hundreds of items, including fall favorites like Halloween costumes and sweets, holiday gifts like toys and LEGO sets, and much more, but only to members of the retailer’s free-to-join Target Circle program.

“Our October Target Circle Week is our biggest sale of the fall and gives our members the best of Target, so they can stock up on everyday essentials while discovering new trends and inspiring some early holiday shopping,” said Cara Sylvester, Target’s executive vice president and chief guest experience officer. “Target Circle is free to join and an easy way for our guests to save time and money every time they shop, and with seven days of deals on thousands of items, there’s no better time to become a member than during Target Circle Week.”

Target’s well-known Deal of the Day, which features brand-new one-day offers exclusively for Target Circle members every day, will take place from Oct. 6–12 in addition to hundreds of other deals. Customers can also quickly find new daily bargains by using the Target app.

In addition to Target Circle savings, customers can receive an additional 5% off every day when they pay with the Target Circle Card, which includes debit, credit, and reloadable choices.

Members can browse these offers and more in Target’s almost 2,000 stores and at Target.com or via the Target app. Customers can enjoy free two-day shipping when they spend $35, take advantage of Target Circle 360’s industry-leading same-day fulfillment services, such as Drive Up and Order Pickup, or have their Target Circle Week purchases delivered right to their door via same-day delivery.

Retail Hiring Spree

In preparation for Target Circle Week and the bustling holiday season, Target also recently announced a hiring spree. Last month, the popular retailer shared that it intended to hire more than 100,000 employees to meet the growing demand.

“We look forward to welcoming seasonal hires to Team Target, enabling us to continue building the best team in retail. Many seasonal team members — including more than half of last year’s — are offered an opportunity to stay with Target following the holiday season and continue spreading everyday joy to our guests year-round,” read a Target fact sheet about the matter.

With “market-leading pay and benefits and flexible scheduling options to meet their personal, financial, and career goals,” Target is demonstrating its continued commitment to investing in its workforce. These objectives can be met by giving current employees the chance to put in extra time over the holidays and by making use of the group the corporation refers to as its “On Demand team.”

This group of highly engaged team members can pick up shifts as necessary. Plus, the new team members will work in the company’s supply chain facilities in addition to the stores.

Seasonal team members benefit from flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth and development, health and well-being benefits, a starting wage ranging from $15 to $24 per hour, and savings on items. Along with these benefits, they may also make use of free, round-the-clock virtual healthcare through CirrusMD, early payment options with DailyPay, free and private counseling sessions, and a 10% discount on Target merchandise, plus an extra 20% off wellness items.
