Target Elevates Home Dining With Good & Gather Chef Collaborations

Target‘s Good & Gather brand is elevating home dining with a series of exclusive chef collaborations.

The Bullseye store will debut a series of bold new food options created with celebrated chefs and tastemakers. These pairings will allow Target customers to explore restaurant-quality food and flavors at home.

The first round of Good & Gather Collabs are frozen pizzas and apps from James Beard Award-winning chef and restauranteur Ann Kim, per a press release. She is the owner of the Minneapolis-based restaurants Hello Pizza, Pizzeria Lola, and Young Joni.

“People love Target because we make the best design accessible to everyone, and Good & Gather Collabs + Ann Kim is all about extending that legacy into our grocery aisles with the restaurant-quality food and new flavors consumers are craving,” said Lisa Roath, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer of food, essentials, and beauty at Target.

“Chef Ann Kim is fearless with food, tapping into global influences and her own Korean heritage to create truly unforgettable meals. I can’t wait for everyone to try the bold and unique twists that have made Chef Ann a can’t-miss in the Twin Cities dining scene,” she added.

Good & Gather Collabs + Ann Kim features seven delicious items inspired by Chef Ann’s Korean heritage. Her infamous Pickle (Pizza) Pie is a perfect example of how Chef Ann takes something everyone knows, pizza, and makes it unique by topping it with ranch sauce, sliced pickles, and crunchy potato chips.

The Chef Ann Kim assortment includes four premium frozen pizzas at $7.99 each and three restaurant-quality frozen appetizers at $6.49 each. The assortment of available meals includes:

• Pickle Pie Woodfired Pizza
• Four Cheese with Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce Woodfired Pizza
• Spicy Sausage and Sweet Pepper Woodfired Pizza
• Tavern-Style Uncured Pepperoni & Jalapeno Woodfired Pizza
• Korean-Inspired Bulgogi Meatballs
• Korean-Inspired Corn Cheese Bites
• Korean-Inspired Kimchi Dumplings

In a statement shared with Target, Chef Ann Kim said of her culinary collaboration with the Bullseye store, “I am incredibly excited to share my culinary creations through this collaboration with Target. For me, food is all about pushing boundaries and creating memorable experiences. I’m excited for people to enjoy the pizzas featuring unexpected flavor combinations on a spectacular crust, plus Korean-inspired appetizers I think people will love.”

This type of high-scale collaboration is a first for Target’s Good & Gather brand. These new frozen products contain no artificial flavors, synthetic colors, artificial sweeteners, or high fructose corn syrup. Each product is crafted with high-quality ingredients and incredible attention to detail.

The Good & Gather Collabs + Ann Kim will be available at Target starting March 9, 2025.
