Teens Want Keg Parties Ended

A group of high school students concerned about the abuse of beer by underage drinkers at keg parties went to the Iowa Statehouse yesterday to ask lawmakers to institute "tag a keg" legislation to enable authorities to track adults who purchase the beer for parties.
