Tesco chair to step down after claims of inappropriate behavior

Tesco board chairman John Allan will step down next month after allegations that he engaged in inappropriate conduct with women. Mr. Allan has denied three of four claims against him. He has apologized for the fourth, where he admitted telling an employee at a lobby group where he once worked that her dress “suited her figure.”
