Tops Market and Price Chopper merge

Tops Market and Price Chopper/market 32 have completed a merger. The two grocery operators will continue to be managed separately as divisions of Northeast Grocery Inc. Twelve stores were sold to C&S Wholesale Grocers as part of a deal with the Federal Trade Commission.
