Tortilla Supplier Allegedly Involved in Monopoly Conspiracy

Gruma Corp., the parent company of Mission Foods Corp. and Guerrero Mexican Food Products, is being sued on claims that the supplier of tortilla products has paid "millions of dollars" to Ralph's, Vons, Food 4 Less and other SoCal chains "to exclude placement of competitors' tortilla products on supermarkets' shelves."
