Toy Recall After Child Dies

Tek Nek Toys is recalling five models of its ride-on toy trucks (Butterfly Girl, Fire Rescue, Mermaid, Police Car and Tonka Construction Crew) after an 18-month old boy died after inhaling a nut that came loose on one of the toys.
