Tuesday Morning files for Chapter 11

Off-price retailer Tuesday Morning has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and announced plans to shutter 230 locations, roughly one-third of its total. "These stores were identified as underperforming or are situated in areas where too many locations are in close proximity," the company said in a statement.
