Turnaround Predicted in Retail Import Cargo Volume

According to the monthly Port Tracker report released by NRF and IHS Global Insight, import cargo volume at the nation's major retail container ports should see gains in the first three months of 2010 following more than two and a half years of year-over-year declines.
