Twitter's U.S. ad sales fall 59 percent

The numbers tell a different story with ad sales for the five weeks from April 1 to the first week of May down 59 percent year-over-year. The company's ad staff is reported to be concerned that a rise in hate speech and pornography on Twitter is keeping advertisers away.
