Two pending California laws would regulate sale of e-cigs

California legislators have proposed two measures designed to inhibit the sale of e-cigarettes to teens in the state. The first, Senate Bill 38, would outlaw the sale of flavored tobacco and flavored e-cigarette products; the other, 39, would require a signature of a person 21 or older for sale of e-cigarettes.
