Two Senior Execs Leave Borders

Thomas Carney, general counsel, and D. Scott Laverty, chief information officer, have resigned from the struggling Borders Group. The company, which recently announced it would halt payments to some publishers, got a boost when Ingram Content Group said it would continue to supply the chain.
