Two-Tier Wages Called Disaster by Local President

Mickey Kasparian, president of United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 135 in San Diego, calls the two-tier wage system in force at Albertsons, Kroger and Safeway "a disaster" and says that there have been triple the normal number of grievances filed since it went into effect.
