Big Lots, Dick's Sporting Goods, Express, J. Crew, J.C. Penney, Justice, Kohl's, Nordstrom, TJX Cos. and Zumiez are among the U.S. retailers that have either announced plans to open stores in Canada or are looking at the market for expansion.
