U.S. Postal Service faces scrutiny over gas guzzling truck fleet

House Democrats are questioning why the U.S. Postal Service plans to spend $11.3 billion to acquire a new fleet of delivery trucks that get 8.6 miles to the gallon. The legislators think the service is falling short of its responsibility to transition to zero-emission vehicles.
