Uber eyes acquisition of Grubhub

Uber Technologies is in negotiations to acquire Grubhub in an all-stock deal. A deal to combine Uber Eats and Grubhub would establish Uber as a substantial competitor to DoorDash, the current market leader in restaurant delivery.
