UFCW Files Request to Delay Wal-Mart Store Closing

In attempting to halt the closure of the Quebec operation, Yvon Bellemare, president of the UFCW said, "In our view, the real reason for closing the Jonquiere store is that the employees stood their ground by unionizing, and not because of any alleged financial difficulties."
