UFCW Reaches Deal with Giant and Safeway

Grocery workers in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area will not be going on strike if they ratify a new labor deal worked out by their representatives at the United Food and Commercial Workers union with management at Giant Foods and Safeway.
