UK online sales buoyed by click and collect

Online sales make up 13 percent of total retail in the UK compared to about 6.5 percent in the U.S. A major area of growth across the pond is coming from click and collect programs, which are expected to grow by 82 percent over the next five years, according to a Verdict Retail forecast.
