UK watchdog agency could go after Amazon over delivery shortfalls

Customers in the UK pay £7.99 per month to get free express delivery with Amazon Prime, but some have complained that the company's promise of “unlimited one-day delivery” has not proven to be reliable. “We have received a handful of complaints," said a spokesperson for the country's Advertising Standards Authority. "We are considering whether to launch an investigation.”
