Ukrop's CEO Responds to Sales Rumors

Robert Ukrop, chief executive officer of Ukrop's, has sent a letter to employees saying speculation of a sale has come from "rumors, anonymous blog postings and industry chatter." Mr. Ukrop, however, did not deny that the company has issued a prospectus.
