Unions develop new approaches as membership numbers drop

Labor unions, at least in the near term, have largely given up on organizing workers at companies such as Walmart and McDonald's. Instead, union-backed groups such as Our Walmart and Fight for 15 are focused on winning the public relations fight over low wages paid to employees in the retail and foodservice industries.
