VF Corp. CEO is retiring, brand cuts full-year forecast

VF Corporation CEO and chairman Steve Rendle is retiring from the company after six years on the job. The apparel manufacturer, which owns The North Face, Timberland and other brands, lowered its sales and earnings forecast for the year.
