Victoria's Secret settles suit over copyright

The lingerie chain has reached a settlement over its alleged infringement of a copyright held by Debra MacKinnon, principal of Zephyrs, who maintained she invented a kidney-shaped, silicone bra insert in 2008, prior to Victoria's Secret using them in its products.
