Virginia's Gov Tells Kroger to Buy Paper From In-State Manufacturer

Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell has sent a letter to Kroger CEO David Dillon telling him that the grocery operator's decision to no longer use Mercury Paper as a supplier will undermine the economic recovery taking place in his state.
