Vitamin Shoppe owner makes bid for Kohl's

Add Franchise Group Inc., the owner of The Vitamin Shoppe and Buddy's Home Furnishings, is the latest company to join in the bidding to acquire Kohl's. Franchise Group's $69 per share bid is reportedly lower than one made by Hudson's Bay Company ($70).
