Add Franchise Group Inc., the owner of The Vitamin Shoppe and Buddy’s Home Furnishings, is the latest company to join in the bidding to acquire Kohl’s. Franchise Group’s $69 per share bid is reportedly lower than one made by Hudson’s Bay Company ($70).
