Wal-Mart Looks to Take Over Manufacturer Deliveries

Wal-Mart thinks it can deliver products more efficiently to itself than its suppliers and is asking vendors to turn over the reins. There is concern that the move, if enacted, will add costs for other retailers supplied by manufacturers.
