Wal-Mart Not in Good Mood Over Smiley Face

Franklin Loufrani of France lays claim to being the originator of the Smiley face logo used by Wal-Mart, but the retailer is looking to be granted a trademark on the icon by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
