Wal-Mart Ordered to Give Union Internal Documents

A Canadian Court of Appeal has ordered Wal-Mart to turn over internal documents to the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW). The union has accused Wal-Mart of dirty tricks in an attempt to keep a store from organizing.
