Wal-Mart Seeks to Block Class Action Lawsuit

In federal Appeals Court yesterday, Wal-Mart attorney Theodore Boutrous Jr. argued that the judgment made against the company last year should be blocked because the size of the class -- 1.6 million women -- is too large to reasonably address individual employee claims.
