Wal-Mart's Scott Consolidates Power

Wal-Mart isn't looking to replace outgoing vice chairman Tom Coughlin. Instead, the company's chief executive, Lee Scott, intends to divy Mr. Coughlin's duties to other execs with direct reports to him.
