Walgreens Picks Up 144-Store USA Drug

Continuing its recent shopping spree, Walgreens will pay $438 million in cash and stock for USA Drug, which also operates under the banners Super D Drug, May's Drug, Med-X and Drug Warehouse in the mid-Southern U.S.
